Process Safety Auditor – Dublin


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the development and implementing the Process Safety Framework
  • Identify, develop leading and lagging Process Safety key performance indicators
  • Responsible for analysing data from both internal and external systems and compiling that data to
    assess and report on Process Safety measures
  • Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to key stakeholders on Process Safety related
  • Drive the Process Safety input within the company
  • Deriving trends and key data statistics on which policy decisions will be made
  • Lead and drive Process Safety audits
  • Ensure the clients integrated audit programme covers all the key Process Safety risks
  • Lead process safety incident investigations
  • Propose, develop and implement improvements and modifications from a Process Safety
    perspective throughout the company
  • Increase awareness within the business in relation to Process Safety legislation and best practice

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Health and Safety or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-4 years relevant Health & Safety /  Process Safety Auditing experience
  • A good understanding in process safety related responsibilities in risk assessment
  • Have excellent analytical skills and be able to identify and analyse problems and potential
    improvements, and propose and implement solutions
  •  Strong report writing and document preparation skills
  • Knowledge of safety management and risk assessment principles
  • Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of
    work goals, coupled with the ability to gain commitment from others
  • Ability to set own high standards of performance and delivering desired results
