Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Develop communication and marketing content for B2B audience to build and foster relationships with existing and potential clients in sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Construction, Life Sciences, ICT, Manufacturing, Semi-Conductor, Hospitality as well as a diverse range of organisations within the SME’s sector.
  • Set, plan, and implement organic social media campaigns and strategies across all social channels for the companies within the group
  • Track, analyse, and report on ongoing B2B multichannel activities across email, web, and social media.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify new strategies and opportunities for the marketing strategy.
  • Analyse website key performance metrics using a variety of tools and implement recommendations to optimize website traffic.
  • Create copy for search engine optimization, review website design, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Collate and present research findings to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent key messaging and marketing across all platforms.
  • Track and analyse paid advertising campaigns for social media channels.
  • Brief external advertising and branding agencies to tailor support to fit business needs, on the occasion where we engage an agency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative communications in key areas and in line with company priorities
  • Lead in producing high-quality copy and visual assets
  • Produce internal email campaigns to keep staff updated with internal events and initiatives.
  • Organise, attend, and document meetings with a range of stakeholders.
  • Populate communication calendars for upcoming projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Lead evaluation of sponsorship & industry events/conferences opportunities that we identify or that arise
  • Manage and coordinate photography, including taking photos, sourcing visuals, and organising photographers to build up the company’s photography bank, where applicable
  • Ensure brand integrity and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication activities.
  • Perform other duties associated with this role as reasonably required by the Company.

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills, particularly in social media and web platforms.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to create marketing materials such as brochures and pitch decks.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including budgeting.
  • Experience working with third parties, such as designers and agencies.
  • Excellent cross-departmental and high-level stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in paid media campaigns.
  • Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns.

Location: this can be a full time office based role working out of our Cork, Portlaoise or Dublin offices or or a hybrid position between one of these offices and working from home

Nice to have but not essential criteria:

  • Third level qualification in Marketing, Business, Comms, or Public Relations.
  • We’d like to have you work full-time with us, but you might want to work less or part time- and we are open to this for the right person
